A collection of links of interest to California.
CRWS has too many links to include in our list, so we selected 3 to bookmark with their respective index.  CRWS offers other good maps, so we encourage you to look around and access what the day requires.

• Example: If it's post frontal, look at the Jet Stream, but the jet stream is not typically relevant to our South Coast sites in the summertime.  We list the latest available, but you can also look at a forecast map or animated loop of the recent history.
• Example:  If it's foggy, you want to look at the daylight only picture from Underground Weather to see where the fog is, but if it's a blue day all you will see is a picture of our area.  Note; the above product from Underground weather is not from the CRWS and does have a pop up ad.

There are also other good commercial products.  AccuWeather has excellent products and one of the better local radar animated loops.  We used to bookmark their page, but their pop up adds are so offensive that we opted for something cleaner from NOAA.  They all use the same data source (there are only 2 local radar installations, but the presentation varies.
