The Fillmore site is leased from the property owners by Dr. Mark Pratt.

The lease agreement permits Mark's guest to accompany him.  Pilots flying the site must be current USHGA members and rated at least P3.  Mark must be present when his guest are flying the site.  Mark's lease payment to the Fillmore Hills Road Committee is $250 per month, and he would appreciate donations to help defray his cost.  He request that pilots wishing to fly the site please read the lease agreement.
