The meeting was held in conjunction with the club Christmas Party. The only business conducted was the election of officers to serve for 2003. The meeting portion started about 8:30

Tom Pipkin accepted the nomination for president and was unanimously elected

Chris Paul accepted the nomination for treasurer and was unanimously elected
