East winds came up about 11am and were 20-25E at lower launch. Oat was 10-15E with some thermal cycles cycles coming up from SE. Fillmore site paragliders did not launch until convergence arrived 12:30-1:00pm. Topped out at 5K in convergence. Thermal height on side of Oat started out about 2700ft and degraded to light convection by 3:30.
