Flew the backside of Elings park around 530ish(sunset tonight). Glenny Chantler took the lead and gave me the demo whilst skimming the brush. Noted strong downwind leg going East. I was lighter on my wing and got 40 feet over. Chad-- was mowing the weeds on the upper part of the park???
(btw: I caught up with Glen at Wilcox around 4ish.. watched it strong SW@20, drop off to nothing then go N3-6!)
Wind was like this speedwise at Elings backside, but it seemed more west with a slight N seen on the training hill windsock...(from NOAA)

btw: anyone from SB into stunt kite flying? I'm on day #2 with a 2-line kite I bought from Chad and am doing triple successive 360's and dives as close to as 1 foot off the ground--wouldn't mind getting expertise/trading notes with someone.
