Looks like some heavy duty high pressure. The Oxnard Plain has been in full blown Santa Anna since early Friday Morning. Gusting over 40. It’s forecasted to back off Saturday Afternoon. The winds aloft forecast is calling for a shift to the NW later in the day.

Santa Barbara seems pretty well protected from the winds, but is showing higher temperatures at altitude. Should be some potential for convergence in Ojai. There are a few high clouds tonight, but the forecast says they shouldn’t be too much trouble until Sunday.

I’ll cruse by Nordhoff about 9, before heading to the Nut House. I think the motor pool is meeting about 9:30. If anyone is coming by Carp, I’d like to carpool.
