Arrived at launch about 9:45. We had to wait as the cycles were few and far between and weak. About 45min later, Pipkin launched and boated above launch. When he left I took the next cycle and was able to get 250' above launch. By that time LeAnne who went up to the top (brotherhood) and reported light to non-existant N winds. I took the alt to TF but nothing was to be found. Hung out at the AF bouncing between 2600'-2800' till it shut down. I took the remaining 2400'msl to Parma. I think those who waited 30-45 min longer did a little better.
