Chris called this morning saying Claude was going to Chiefs. After yesterday I was unsure of making the trek to Ojai. But it was good today. It was Claude w/student, Bruce, Chris and Tom P.
The second bump was the place to be today, and after much patience, and flying wing to wing in a thermal with Claude and student today I was able to get to 6060' after bumping my head at 5100' all day. I took the altitude to Nordoff Peak and was next to pyramid peak.
Nothing was fruitful in that part of the world so I took what I had left, 3400' to the strip next to the 17th fairway. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I was on the ground.
