Does anyone have info about Cucamonga Peak?

The Lapse rate is good down low and ok up higher. The valley temps are high relative to the 6K temp, so the thermal dynamic is good for the valleys. The wind is from the SE, so probably won’t be able to press upwind behind the Verdugo Mountains from Kagel. Ojai will work ok, but it’s a dead end going west toward cooler SB.

I’m not very knowledgeable about Elsinore, but they have been reporting good flights. Seems like the dynamics and direction are good.

It was blowing SE at Crestline this morning, but I suspect it would be hard to jump the 15 going west.

Looking to fly on Monday. Considering Black Hawk, but might be better off down lower. Cucamonga or Elsinore?
