Launched around 11 with Simon. Cycles were weak, the house thermal was working but disorganized. Left about 200 over launch and headed for the AF. Came in just above the ridge and worked some light lift by the AF for a while, fell off to the RH ridge between cycles and landed at Parma. Simon got up at launch but lost his alt before heading out. He came in below the RH ridge, never got a pop, and landed at St Mary's.
Nancy rounded us up and brought us back to launch. I swapped the Matrix for the Advance E-3 and had a carbon copy of my first flight...a little higher at the AF, a longer flight; but I went down the RH ridge after AF cycles subsided, and landed at Parma again.
Simon waited on launch for some time, then launched and got up nicely before heading out. He had a better glide to the RH/AF ridge this time. He found a nice thermal near the AF, worked the lift up to 37 and flew to the beach. Nice flight.
