Re: Cal Star Air Ambulance Membership

At our SBSA club meeting on 3/4 we had a representative from Cal Star Air Ambulance tell us the benefits of joining their membership program. We have applied having a group membership and here is what you need to do to take advantage of this program.
The Skinny: This program covers you and/or your family in the event ANY Calstar air ambulance is used throughout California (Nor. Cal down to Carp.) and ALSO has a reciprocal program through their partners that covers all of WA, OR, ID and WY. The cost of transport usually runs from 20-40K. (Please note that this is entirely different than SB and Ventura Counties Rescue Helicopter)
To take advantage of the group membership of $35 per year we need a minimum of 15 people to join. (If you want to add any family/dependents that are not part of SBSA then you go to the main site and sign in under Family Membership)
